Pretty much what the others have said. The pump works well, and the rubber thing needs to be cut, unless you are very small. The tubing seems pretty sturdy. The white "erection enhancer ring" is sized similarly to the rubber insert, so unless you're very small I wouldn't use it, it'll likely injure you it's so tight.

I'm not a big fan of the release valve either, you have to hold it down while withdrawing, and it releases pressure very slowly - maybe that's a plus for some folk but it wasn't what I expected.

i would recommend this it is easy to use and has a good release valve the 400$ one insurance got me the release broke in 4 hours of having it i would recommend this
